For architects, consultants and developers
Fit-out contracting in Abu Dhabi, from drawings to handover
We design, we build, and we make the furniture. One contract covers all three. Since 2003 we have delivered more than 440 projects in Abu Dhabi and across the Emirates.

We are already through procurement
Getting a contractor onto an approved vendor list takes months, and it usually happens long before anyone talks about a drawing. We hold approvals with clients in aviation, energy, marine and master development here in Abu Dhabi.
So if your client asks whether we are registered with them, there is a good chance the answer is already yes. Ask us before you spend a week finding out.
We hold Abu Dhabi municipality approvals and a current commercial licence.
Scale we have actually handled
Our largest single project was a full renovation of a three-storey twin villa, running to around 3,400 square metres. Design, fit-out, joinery and loose furniture all came from us.
A project count tells you a company has been busy. A number like that tells you whether it can carry your programme, which is the thing you are actually checking.
One contract instead of three
Most of the trouble on a fit-out happens in the gaps between the designer, the contractor and the furniture supplier. We hold all three, so there are no gaps to fall into.
Joinery and upholstery are cut and made in our own Abu Dhabi workshop. A revision to a drawing reaches the bench without a new supplier, a new quote or a new argument about who pays for it.
For a consultant that means one party to coordinate. For a developer it means one party accountable at handover.
Bring your client to the material library
We keep more than 12,000 materials, fabrics and finishes at the showroom on Al Najda Street. Designers and contractors are welcome to use it, with a client or on their own.
Walk in during opening hours. There is nothing to book.
Discretion
NDAs are standard. Nothing is photographed or published without written consent, which is why a good deal of our best work is not on this website. If you need references in a particular sector, ask, and we will tell you what we are permitted to share.
Send us the scope
A drawing set, a BOQ, or a few lines about the programme is enough to start. We will tell you what we would need in order to price it.

Questions we get from the trade
- Do you work with a design team that is already appointed?
- Yes, and it is a normal way for us to be engaged. We build from your drawings, raise what will not work on site before it becomes a variation, and leave the design authorship where it is. We also do both when a client wants one contract.
- Are you on approved vendor lists?
- We hold approved-vendor status with clients in aviation, energy, marine and master development here in Abu Dhabi, alongside Abu Dhabi municipality approvals and a current commercial licence. Ask us about a specific client and we will tell you where we stand rather than make you find out.
- Can you price from our drawings?
- Yes. Send the set and we will tell you what else we need to price it properly. Every job is quoted from drawings and a site visit, because a figure produced without both is a guess, and on a tendered job a guess helps nobody.
- Do you take part of a package, or only the whole thing?
- Either. Joinery alone on someone else's fit-out is common work for us, and so is the full contract. What we will not do is price a package on the assumption that another trade absorbs the coordination.
