Services

What we do

Nine services, one team, one contract. Most projects use several of them, which is the point.

One trade or all of them

Some clients come to us for a full fit-out: a bare shell or a stripped-back villa that needs drawings, site work, joinery, finishes and furniture before anyone can move in. Others want one thing done properly. A set of curtains measured at the window. A chair reupholstered. A veneered cabinet repaired rather than replaced.

Both are normal for us. The nine services below are separate pages because they are separate trades, but they run out of the same company. If a job turns out to need two of them, nobody has to be appointed twice.

Why one contract changes the job

A fit-out usually goes wrong in the handovers. The designer passes the drawing to a contractor, the contractor sub-lets the joinery, and the detail that made the drawing worth paying for disappears somewhere in the middle. Dates slip because everyone on site is waiting on someone who does not report to them.

We work on one contract from the drawings to the handover. Furniture is made locally in the UAE in beech and oak, from a wide range or made to measure. Joinery of every type is cut in our own Abu Dhabi workshop. When something does not line up, there is no argument about whose fault it is.

What we cannot tell you in advance

We do not publish lead times or prices, and we would rather explain why than give you a number that turns out to be wrong. A programme depends on the size of the space, the approvals, the access, the material lead times and what the other trades on site are doing. Prices move week to week.

So every job is quoted from drawings and a site visit. Send a floor plan, a photograph, or a description of what you want, and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs. That answer will be specific to your project, which is the only kind of answer worth having.

Tell us about your project

Send a floor plan, a photograph, or just an idea. We will tell you what it takes and what it costs.
